Outlook Today

We begin by creating an overview. In the Outlook Today window you can see Outlook's different folders. If used correctly this window provides a clear overview of your work situation today, tomorrow and next week.

If you do not recognize the Outlook Today, which we have presented in this section, it is presumably because you do not have the latest version of the program. This overview only exists in Outlook 98, not in earlier versions.
By clicking on the Outlook Today icon on the Outlook Bar you come to the Outlook Today window. Here you get an overview of your current situation. You can view which meetings you have scheduled today and over the next few days. How many unread e-mails are in your mailbox and which tasks you have to get to grips with.

    Tips
  • With one simple operation you can have Outlook Today as your start screen every time you open Outlook. Click on Options in the Outlook Today window, then check the box When starting, go directly to Outlook Today.
