Everyone feels at some time or another that there is just not enough
time to go round. In situations like this it is easy to devote all your time to others
and forget about yourself. This is not particularly effective. Using Outlook to its full potential will give you more time for
the important things. Create an appointment in your Calendar 1. Click Calendar in the Outlook Bar to display your Calendar. 2. Select the right day from the Date Navigator on the right. 3. Choose New Appointment from the Actions Menu in the Menu Bar. 4. Enter the necessary information about the appointment, set start and end time and then press the Save and Close button. Create a recurring appointment in your Calendar 1-2. Same as above. 3. Choose New Recurring Appointment from the Actions Menu in the Menu Bar. 4. Select the Appointment time, Recurrence pattern and Range of recurrence, click OK. 5. Enter the necessary information about the recurring appointment, then press the Save and Close button.
